Haul Saints provides driver calculators and an account workspace for maintenance reports, additional pay requests, and saved documents. This notice explains how we handle information in these features. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to haulsaintsinc@gmail.com.

Information you provide

When you create and use a driver account, we receive your account email and sign-in information managed by WordPress.com. You may save your name, truck and vehicle details, odometer, report entries, additional pay request details, signature, generated PDFs and the invoices or receipts you attach to those reports. These documents can contain information about other people; please upload only what is needed and what you are permitted to share.

How the tools use it

We use saved details to fill your next form, show your history, generate and store your reports, and let you download your files. Invoice text extraction runs in your browser to suggest form fields; review the suggestions before saving. Calculator inputs are used to show an estimate. If you turn on the monthly reminder, we use your account email to send a reminder around the first day of each month, subject to site availability and email delivery. You can turn it off in the dashboard.

The current workspace does not connect to your email inbox or bank, automatically download statements or paystubs, or send your documents to a CPA. Those would require a separate feature and permission before activation.

Hosting, access, and sharing

Your saved workspace records and files are held with the WordPress site. WordPress.com and its hosting and security services process information needed to operate the site, including sign-in and technical records. Authorized Haul Saints site administrators can administer the site. Other driver accounts should not be able to view your saved workspace files. We do not sell your saved documents. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or when required by law.

Cookies and technical information

WordPress and its hosting services use cookies and related technical information for sign-in, security, and site operation. Additional site plugins may process technical usage data. We review site plugin and analytics settings and update this notice when our practices change.

Keeping, accessing, and deleting data

Saved reports and files remain in the workspace until you delete them where the tool allows, or contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion. Account records and backups may require administrator action and may not disappear immediately from backups. We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. Please keep your own copies of business and regulatory records; deleting a workspace copy may not meet your legal recordkeeping duties.

Security and changes

We use account sign-in and access controls for the driver workspace. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. We may update this notice as tools and data practices change; the date above shows the current version.
