Terms of Use
Haul Saints Inc. · Last updated September 26, 2026
These terms describe the driver tools and workspace available on Haul Saints. Contact haulsaintsinc@gmail.com with questions.
Accounts and documents
Drivers can create an account and sign in to use the workspace. Keep your account access private and provide accurate information in reports and requests. You retain responsibility for the information and files you upload, including having permission to use them. Keep your own copies of important documents and check saved downloads before sending them elsewhere.
Calculators and generated reports
Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers and units you enter. Check route, logbook, fuel, load, and product information independently. The MMR and APR tools organize your entries and create PDFs; they do not verify that maintenance was performed, an expense is reimbursable, or a report satisfies every law, company policy, or contract. Review every field, attachment, and signature before using or submitting a PDF. Do not mark an inspection or repair item OK unless that accurately reflects what happened.
Proper use
Use the site lawfully. Do not upload malicious material, access another driver’s account, or interfere with the service. Haul Saints may suspend access to protect the site or other users, subject to applicable law. We may improve, change, or retire features and will aim to give reasonable notice when a change affects saved documents.
Content and availability
The Haul Saints name, logo, site design, and original tool content belong to Haul Saints Inc. or their respective owners. You may use PDFs generated from your own records for your business purposes. The site is provided as available; interruptions or errors can occur. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and updates
See the Privacy Policy for how workspace information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Ontario law applies to these terms where permitted by applicable law.
